ZaneConnect provides an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Google Analytics to help marketers analyze, manage, and optimize their advertising campaigns.

Our Services Include

  • Connection to your advertising accounts via secure OAuth authentication
  • AI-powered analysis and insights for your advertising campaigns
  • Performance reporting and analytics
  • Campaign management tools
  • Integration with Claude AI via Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Note: Our Services require that you have valid accounts with Meta, Google Ads, and/or Google Analytics. We do not provide these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or functionality.

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Your use of Meta's advertising services is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies
  • You authorize ZaneConnect to access and manage your Meta ad accounts as permitted by the OAuth permissions you grant
  • You are responsible for ensuring your advertising content complies with Meta's policies

Google Ads & Google Analytics

  • Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies
  • You authorize ZaneConnect to access and manage your Google Ads and Analytics accounts as permitted by the OAuth permissions you grant
  • You are responsible for ensuring your advertising content complies with Google's policies

ZaneConnect is not affiliated with Meta or Google and is not responsible for any changes, limitations, or terminations of their services that may affect your use of ZaneConnect.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Prohibited Activities

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you provide and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any AI-generated insights or recommendations will guarantee advertising success
  • Third-party integrations will always be available or function as expected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANECONNECT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Advertising campaign performance or results
  • Interruption of business
  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZaneConnect and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zaneconnect.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Effect of Termination

  • All licenses granted to you will immediately terminate
  • You must cease all use of the Services
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
